Shipping & Delivery Policy
Tamil Nadu Orders:
If you place an order from Tamil Nadu, your parcel will usually be delivered within 2–3 days from the date of payment.
If you do not receive the parcel within 2 days, please inform us through our WhatsApp number.
Other State Orders:
For orders from other states, delivery will take approximately 3–7 days. If you do not receive the parcel within 4 days, please inform us through our WhatsApp number.
Courier Service:
For Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry, we ship through ST Courier.
For other states, we ship through India Post (Post Office).
If ST Courier service is not available in your area, please inform us on WhatsApp. We will send the parcel through India Post.
Shipping through Post Office may have an additional charge of ₹40.
No cancellation after order is shipped.
Important – Parcel Opening Video
When you receive the parcel, please record a video while opening it.
This video will serve as proof for both the customer and our store in case of any issue. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges.
